Service Description
This package is for women entering new chapters—leading, healing, building, or softening—and ready to express every part of themselves through intentional wardrobe choices. We’ll design looks that reflect your strength, fluidity, and presence—with outfit coordination and personalized color pairing to bring your inner clarity to the surface. You don’t need more clothes. You need your style to catch up to your growth.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To reserve a styling session, clients must book at least 48 hours in advance and complete payment at the time of booking (if applicable to the selected service). After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with next steps and preparation tips to ensure a smooth experience. Cancellation Policy We understand life happens. To cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a minimum 50% rescheduling fee or forfeiture of your session (depending on the service tier). No-shows (cancellations and no-shows within an hour of scheduled time) will not be refunded or rescheduled without a new booking. Waitlist Policy If your desired time slot is full, you may request to join the Sole_Stys™ Waitlist. We’ll notify you promptly if a session opens up. Waitlist spots are offered on a first-response basis, so please reply within 12 hours to confirm and secure your spot. Client Image Release Policy (optional but helpful) With your permission, Sole_Stys™ may request to use before/after photos or styled looks for social media, lookbooks, or promotional purposes. Consent is always requested in writing, and clients are never required to be featured. Style is personal. We respect your privacy and honor your choice. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable once your consultation has been completed. For package tiers that include physical product procurement, items cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped unless damaged upon arrival. We take care to ensure accuracy and alignment before delivery. We stand behind intentional service—no fast fashion, no guesswork. Procurement & Shipping Policy (brief reminder here) For styling packages that include clothing procurement, your payment covers the cost of garments, packaging, and delivery. Clients receive a verification session to approve items before shipment. Once verified and shipped, all selections are final. Confidentiality Policy All consultations are private and judgment-free. Any personal information shared during your Sole_Stys™ journey is held in confidence and used solely for the purpose of your styling experience. Your story, your style, and your process are safe here.
