Terms & Conditions for Sole_Stys™

Effective Date: January 1st, 2023

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the services provided by Sole_Stys™ (hereafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “Sole_Stys™”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Sole_Stys™ offers therapeutic styling services, including but not limited to personalized styling consultations, sneaker curation, wardrobe therapy, grooming consults, and the Style After Survival™ workshops. These services are designed to help clients align their external image with their internal evolution, primarily for Black men, women, and individuals who resonate with our healing-centered approach.

3. Payment & Pricing

• All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. For packages including outfit procurement, your payment directly covers the cost of clothing selected during the Verification Session, packaging, and shipping.

• Clients will be presented with outfit options before making purchases, and selections will only be ordered once approved. For transparency, a simple breakdown of item types or categories (e.g., outerwear, footwear, accessories) may be provided.

• We do not offer itemized receipts for individual brands or vendors unless the package tier includes a sourcing breakdown. This policy ensures we can focus on the styling experience, not the transaction.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Booking: Sessions must be booked through the Sole_Stys™ website or directly through a consultant. All appointments require payment upfront.

• Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee for services priced at $499, $100 for services priced at $999, and $200 for services priced at $1499.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your session’s entire fee.

  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled without a new payment.

5. Waitlist Policy

Clients may request to be placed on the Sole_Stys™ waitlist if a desired appointment slot is unavailable. Waitlist spots are filled on a first come, first served basis, and clients will be contacted promptly if a spot opens.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared with Sole_Stys™ is confidential. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. We respect your privacy and will only use your contact information to deliver the services you’ve requested.

7. Client Image Release

Sole_Stys™ may request permission to use before-and-after photos or styled looks for educational and promotional purposes. No images will be used without your written or verbal consent, and you may choose to remain anonymous or request that your face and identifying features not be shown.

Clients may revoke image release consent at any time in writing, and Sole_Stys™ will honor that request immediately.

This option is always voluntary and will never impact the quality of your service.

8. Liability

Sole_Stys™ is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the styling process, including but not limited to fitting, trying on clothing, or using styling products. By booking an appointment, you agree to hold Sole_Stys™ harmless from any such liability.

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Sole_Stys™ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Clients will be notified of any changes made to the Terms & Conditions.

11. Agreement

By booking and receiving services from Sole_Stys™, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.

Satisfaction & Alignment Commitment

We stand behind the quality and integrity of our work. If you feel that your experience did not reflect the level of alignment, presence, or care you were promised after your session or receipt of products, you may contact us within five business days to share your concerns.

We will listen, assess, and offer a thoughtful resolution. If no agreement can be reached, Sole_Stys™ may offer a service credit or future styling session on a case-by-case basis.

This policy is here to protect both your investment and the sacred nature of this work.
