The Sole_Stys™ Agreement

At Sole_Stys™, we believe clarity is a form of care. This agreement outlines what you can expect from us—and what we ask in return—as we walk with you through this styling experience.
Our goal is to build trust, protect time, and hold space for transformation. Please review the details below so we can move forward in alignment.

SOLE_STYS™ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

By booking, purchasing, or using any services provided by Sole_Stys™ (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Sole_Stys™ provides intentional styling and image-support services designed to help clients align how they show up with who they are and who they’re becoming.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Starlight Consultation (Free) (intro clarity call to choose your lane)

  • Men’s Styling Packs: Lunar / Galaxy / Eclipse

  • Women’s Styling Packs: Venus / Sol / Supernova

  • Consultation Pack (3 Sessions) (image clarity + direction)

  • Sneaker Finder: Meteor / Stratosphere / Cosmos (vetted sourcing + links)

  • Add-ons, accessories, and periodic workshops/programs as offered

Important: Sole_Stys™ provides styling and image services. We are not providing clinical therapy, medical treatment, or mental health services.

3. PAYMENT & PRICING

A. Payment methods

We accept payments through Wix Payments and supported processors including Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

B. Payment timing

All payments are due in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

C. Service fees (non-refundable once work begins)

Sole_Stys™ service fees reflect time, curation, and expertise. Service fees are non-refundable once work begins or once any deliverable has been provided (including consultations, curated options, links, recommendations, style direction, or revisions).

D. Digital delivery counts as delivery

For services delivered digitally (calls, curated lists, links, styleboards, written recommendations), delivery is considered complete when the deliverable is sent to the client’s email/account, provided through the booking platform, or presented during the session.

E. Styling pack fees vs. product costs

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your package price covers the styling service and curation experience, including time, expertise, and deliverables.

Clothing, sneakers, and accessories are not included in your package fee unless your plan explicitly states otherwise.

  • You will be presented with curated options before any purchases are made.

  • Purchases are only made after your approval.

  • Item availability and pricing can change quickly based on retailer inventory.

F. Sneaker Finder pricing

Sneaker Finder tier prices (Meteor / Stratosphere / Cosmos) reflect the Sneaker Finder service fee (sourcing, vetting, and sending verified options/links).
Sneakers are purchased separately after you approve your options.

G. Receipts & sourcing transparency

We may provide a simple breakdown of item types or categories (ex: outerwear, footwear, accessories). We do not guarantee itemized receipts for each vendor unless a tier specifically includes a sourcing breakdown.

H. Third-party retailers

Clothing, sneakers, and accessories are sourced through third-party retailers or marketplaces. Sole_Stys™ is not responsible for retailer inventory changes, shipping delays, cancellations, defects, authentication disputes, pricing fluctuations, or return policies. We can support you in navigating issues when possible, but final responsibility rests with the retailer and purchaser.

I. Sizing, fit, and final purchase responsibility

We provide recommendations based on the sizing information you provide and general brand guidance when available. Final responsibility for sizing, fit, comfort, and wearability rests with the client and the retailer’s sizing standards. Sole_Stys™ is not responsible for fit issues, sizing discrepancies, or changes in how items fit across brands.

4. BOOKING, SERVICE WINDOWS, and SCHEDULING

A. Booking requirement

All sessions must be booked through the Sole_Stys™ website or directly with a Sole_Stys™ consultant. All appointments require payment upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

B. “Valid for one month” clarification (service window)

If your plan or booking platform states “Valid for one month,” this refers to booking and completing your first video session within 30 days of purchase.
After your first session, the styling process continues based on approvals, sourcing, and item availability.

C. Client responsibilities (to keep your timeline moving)

Clients agree to provide accurate sizing, preferences, budget parameters, and timing needs. Delays in approvals or responses may delay delivery timelines.

D. Deliverables & revisions

Each plan includes the deliverables and revision count listed in the plan description. Additional revisions, extended sourcing, or major pivots beyond the agreed direction may require an additional fee or a new booking.

5. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY

A. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee based on the plan value:

  • $50 fee for services priced at $499

  • $100 fee for services priced at $999

  • $200 fee for services priced at $1,499

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

B. RESCHEDULING

We understand life happens. Clients may request to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may incur the same fees listed above.

C. NO-SHOWS

No-shows will not be refunded and may not be rescheduled without a new payment.

6. Waitlist Policy

Clients may request to be placed on the Sole_Stys™ waitlist if a desired appointment slot is unavailable. Waitlist spots are filled on a first come, first served basis, and clients will be contacted promptly if a spot opens.

7. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy. Personal information shared with Sole_Stys™ is treated as confidential and is used only to deliver your services, communicate with you, and support your client experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. CLIENT IMAGE RELEASE

Sole_Stys™ may request permission to use before-and-after photos or styled looks for educational and promotional purposes.

  • No images will be used without your consent.

  • You may choose to remain anonymous or request that identifying features not be shown.

  • You may revoke consent at any time in writing, and Sole_Stys™ will honor that request.

This option is always voluntary and will never impact the quality of your service.

9. LIABILITY

Sole_Stys™ is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the styling process, including but not limited to trying on clothing, fit issues, allergic reactions, sizing outcomes, or client decisions related to comfort and wear.

By booking an appointment, you agree to hold Sole_Stys™ harmless from any such liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

We take concerns seriously and ask that you contact Sole_Stys™ first so we can work toward a resolution.

Because our services involve time-based work and digital delivery, filing a payment dispute or chargeback after services have been delivered may result in loss of access to future services and/or collections for unpaid balances, where permitted.

Payment processors (Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal/Apple Pay/Samsung Pay) may place holds, reverse transactions, or request additional information during disputes. When needed, we may provide documentation of services rendered (timestamps, deliverables, booking records, and communications).

11. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sole_Stys™ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. AGREEMENT

By booking and receiving services from Sole_Stys™, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.

THE ALIGNMENT COMMITMENT

At Sole_Stys™, we offer an intentional styling experience built around clarity, care, and alignment with who you’re becoming. If you complete your session and feel your service didn’t reflect the level of professionalism or value we promise, contact us within five business days and tell us what happened.

We don’t guarantee perfection.

We guarantee presence, integrity, and a sincere commitment to making it right.

Your transformation deserves respect — and so does your investment.
